The Online Testing System is composed of automatically controlled electromechanical equipment and devices, arranged in a sequence that, in operation, perform the same work done manually during the ordinary testing process.

 

Thus, in the Online System Abrasion test, there is equipment available for sieving the samples sent, weighing, sampling drumming, separating and weighing the drumming products, acquiring process information, and finally, discarding.

 

Likewise, in the Online System Compression test, there are mechanical and electronic equipment and devices arranged in a sequence, for the sieving of samples, measurement of each tested sample, rupture test of each measured sample, acquisition of process information, and by end, discard.

 

Information collected during testing operations is put into reporting formats and made available to the existing network.

 

Compact is the outstanding feature, both in the assembly in Metallic Modules, as in arrangements in an environment conducive to this purpose. This feature entitles them to be installed in any plant: new, with a reduction in the layout established for this purpose, or already in operation, given the versatility of adaptations that can be made to the installation of these Modules: Test and Control.
